During peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or Romanian public holidays are processed the next business day.

All payments are verified through PCI-compliant Stripe processors to ensure secure transactions.

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery

Romania: 2–5 business days
EU countries: 4–10 business days
International destinations: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method.

Risk & Tracking

Risk transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.
